Sharon Osborne, CHSW President and CEO, has launched her blog on the Seattle Post-Intelligencer's website. Her blog is a part of City Brights, a collection of blogs written by notable Seattle-area individuals.

Sharon will share her perspectives regarding the issues of children and families in Washington and beyond. As the leader of an organization that provides a comprehensive continuum of care for children, Sharon is ideally positioned to share the latest developments in areas such like adoption, foster care, early learning, and family support. At a time when there is increased economic strain on families, coupled with a decrease in resources to serve them, she will share important views from the perspective of one of the state's largest service providers. In addition, with the passage of House Bill 2106 by the State Legislature in 2009, Washington's child welfare system is on the cusp of fundamental change.
